The committees seek diversity among the recommendations that will represent churches of various sizes, a variety of professional and educational backgrounds, ethnic and racial diversity, geographical areas, different age groups, and both lay persons and ministers. Not every person recommended can be nominated by the Committee on Nominations; however, your recommendation will be given serious consideration.

Recommendations to the Committee on Nominations are due by January 31, 2012, for the BSCNC Board of Directors and Convention Committees.  Submissions after this date will be considered the following year.

This committee nominates persons to serve on the the BSCNC Board of Directors, the board of trustees and directors of all agencies and institutions of the Convention, and Convention Committees.
