It is the responsibility of the EDT to work directly with the Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. The EDT is the liaison between the Board of Directors, its Executive Committee and the Convention staff in matters concerning personnel. The Board of Directors employs the Convention Staff, and the EDT leads and supervises the Convention Staff, on behalf of the Convention.
The EDT is also the liaison to all committees and sub-committees of the Board of Directors, its Executive Committee, and committees of the Convention. The EDT assigns other BSCNC staff to support the various committees of the Convention as well. The Administrative Staff of the Administration and Convention Relations Group provides administrative support for the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and numerous Convention committees.
