Once a student has auditioned, a final selection will be made based on the points received from the audition and TWO recommendation forms. If a student meets the qualifications, the student receives an official invitation to join the ASYC. Students will be told when to pay a deposit towards their tour participation fee, which will be late March or early April, and this will officially reserve their spot in the choir. The deposit is half of the full fee. A completed, notarized Health Form will also be required, or the student cannot go on the tour. A completed Student Information Form, with photo, is also required. Specific dates for sending in these items will be given to the students, and the forms will be emailed to them and made available online as well.
