NC Family Discipleship Survey

is a tool to help church leaders learn what parents are doing to disciple their children. It is designed to help individuals and churches discover how parents perceive their role in family discipleship and how they are carrying out that responsibility.

Once the survey is completed, church leaders will have a snapshot into the
world of the families in their church. Designed by author and professor Timothy
Paul Jones, Ph.D., the goal of the survey is to lead to transformation in family
discipleship. Churches often find that just offering the survey sparks life changing
conversations about parenting.

After your church families have taken the survey, we can provide you with
results for your church and help you understand how to begin to address the
needs of parents and children in your congregation.
