Church libraries can be a powerful outreach to the community and a means for encouraging Christians to study the truths of the Bible. The Baptist State Convention annual church library ministries workshop is a good place to learn skills such as library administration, leadership and how to promote church ministries in the library. We have resources available to help you get started in library ministry and resources for more specific needs, such as selecting the best programs for automating a library.

"Ride the Wave," Equipping Church Librarians for Ministry

For our North Carolina State Workshops in 2012, we will be bringing the training and trainers to you! We will ride across the state to a location near you. You can attend at one or all of the locations that have been determined. We will hold a one-day workshop to help you carry on CLM. More details will follow. April 28, 2012: Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest
May 19, 2012: First Baptist Church, Waynesville
