Sunday School's disciple-making process is best implemented as an open small group ministry strategy with intentional evangelism, foundational discipleship and transformational Bible study at its core. North Carolina Sunday School Ministries is committed to providing the best in resources and leadership development for North Carolina Baptists.

Participants in the Sunday School in a Transformational Church Regional Conference will take away principles for transformational small communities, practical ways to create a disciple-making environment, and a strong emphasis on prayerful dependence. Information will be based on Transformational Church by Ed Stetzer and Thom Rainer with a focus on the chapter, Community.
