How long may DVD’s be checked out?
The check-out time is the length of the study plus 2 weeks (one week to mail) (the study) (one week to return). OR if it’s a one time showing, then it would be 3-4 weeks.
May individuals check items out or only churches?
Both individuals and churches may check out the DVDs as long as the person is a member of the church AND the church is affiliated with the Baptist State Convention of NC.
How long from the time of an online checkout will we receive the CD’s? (Approximately)
It depends upon when you’re having the study or wanting to show the DVD. You can always make your reservation early.
When clicking on user name/password a blank screen comes up. Are we to type both on that screen? There are no lines or questions to fill out!
That function is not working at this time. Hopefully, we’ll have that feature working soon. You can search the catalog without a username/password.
